Justin greeted me warmly and was quite the gentleman pulling out a chair for me to sit (lost tradition)> I shared what I wanted and he took me outside to see the cars. He explained all the features and answered all my questions, no rush. Jean Carlos was also a gentleman, showed me all the options, explained in detail, not pushy, No discredit to Jean Carlos' assistance.. he did his best but I still feel for a $30+k car, Toyota could have thrown in the mats or given a discount. Nikkita was special with her warm, friendly smile and greeting. She is a keeper. Great customer service and a delightful person to meet. She was helpful without a fuss in transferring my belongings to the new car and never made me feel I was imposing or taking up her time. All in all it was a great experience and even received congrats from some of the other staff.. nice touch. Thanks to all of you Toyota of Clermont.. Keep up your great service. More
