Worst service ever I had real bad experience with this place several times. They practice shady business. They try to fix things that is not needed and leave the issues I had real bad experience with this place several times. They practice shady business. They try to fix things that is not needed and leave the issues behind. Once you are a customer of them they will milk the money out of you over and over again. I had issues with my exhaust system, they wanted to replace cadillac converter ($1800) I went to some other place it was a minor issue did not even cost $200. There was a recall for high oil consumption, one they fixed Oil started leaking. They tried to tell me the oil Leake was from some other place. I had to prove them it is from their work. They fixed radiator and did not do a good job. Which later cause Head gasket to leak (Cost 1800 they offered to fix it for 900) Toyota is a Junk, and this dealer is a scam artist. More

Dishonest Dealership It’s pretty amazing how the bad reviews never get listed. I had a very bad experience with salesman Will and manager Nick. I was told that if I didn’t finance with them, they wouldn’t provide me a buyers order. Will just plained out refuse to provide me one . Said they do not do business with Fairwinds Credit Union. Apparently, they do not score high enough to do business with a great local bank ... People be aware they will guide you in give you their bottom number then start adding dealer fees etc. I guess I’m use to doing business with legit companies. Ironically, went to another local dealership and got not only a better deal, but more options and honesty. PLEASE BE AWARE! More
Failure to provide legally owned items On Nov 09 2017 I purchased a new vehicle at Clermont Toyota. The vehicle was delivered with no vehicle documents or 2nd set of keys. After repeated ph On Nov 09 2017 I purchased a new vehicle at Clermont Toyota. The vehicle was delivered with no vehicle documents or 2nd set of keys. After repeated phone calls and discussions with the dealership customer relations Mgr, the GM, Sales Specialist, and Toyota Motor Company Customer Care to resolve and get what I paid for and is legally mine. After more than 10 days, no keys and no documents. From the onset I have always stated that all I want is what is mine and paid for (I.e. key/docs) and nothing more. At 7:40 PM on Nov 20, 2017, I received a phone call from the general manager/president (Mr. Nick Petrone) while at dinner with friends and family. This conversation was overheard by several people. Mr Petrone clearly stated that he would send the keys & documents if I removed the 1-star rating review. He tried to blackmail me by stating that he had no obligation to send the owner the 2nd set of keys or documents on the vehicle and that he would send keys only if I removed the rating. During the conversation he latter stated I had only two options. One, that I go to the dealership and pick up the items (over 400 miles round trip), and 2 that he would be nice enough to send the key, but that said key would not work because it had to be programmed and I had to take it to get it programmed, pay for it out of my pocket, and he would latter reimburse me for the programming if I removed the 1-star rating (probably hold the reimbursement for ransom until I removed the review). He would not listen to any of my suggestions to resolve the issue. Mr. Petrone has clearly demonstrated the lack leadership, managerial, or customer relation skills. I request that the owner of this dealership (if other than Mr. Petrone) be made aware of this situation before it escalates any further and that Toyota Motor Corporation take immediate and direct action to resolve the situation and his tactics are a clear violation of Florida statues. Blackmail and extortion are federal offenses. More
