Who showed the same courtesy, very pleasant, who then introduced me to (N.Y.) Michael, one of your greeters. He took me for a test ride, very knowledgable about the car. The five stars is given for your new 2017 Rav 4, and the great team work we received from your staff. It helped me make my decision. We also spoke to their manager Nick who is the biggest scammer you can talk to. Take your business elsewhere dont waste your time AND money.
