There were a bunch of people in there that he was taking care of, but he did a good job cycling through to everyone. The waits would have been more enjoyable if the WIFI was working. Luckily I had already done all of my car research! (FYI - their WIFI does not work inside the general sales area--tried all available connections, couldn't dial out to call my husband who had stepped outside to access the internet. We tried turning off wifi to access Verizon network and stream, still no-go. WIFI works well inside Finance office. Rose took good care of us and quickly got our paperwork together and our car detailing underway. Was quick to respond to my email the following day with our new Sienna registration papers. They do have a cafe onsite. More
