Truth be told I had made an appointment by phone for my previous Service Consultant JPR (name withheld so as not to steal any of Jimmy's thunder) who I liked very much and would have given the same high evaluation! The Dealership assigned me to Jimmy Mayo, and I happened to see the outgoing Service Consultant who had high praise for Jimmy Mayo, so on my next visit I will ask for Jimmy Mayo! I am very happy with the Dealership. I responded to an offer for a "Free Oil Change" which was very nice! We do not drive our 2000 Toyota Avalon a lot (82,969 miles in 17 years), but we love it and want to make it last. During the last visit with JPR I remember Suggested Services for a leaky oil pan & gaskets coming to around $600. This time the Suggested Services came to $4,000+, so I would ask a lot of questions and request a discount if I move forward with ANY of these Suggested Services. More

Toyota of Clermont; Lies, No Integrity and Honor. My wife and I went to look and demo a car at Toyota of Clermont. It was late, we were tired and wanted the car but was going to go home and return th My wife and I went to look and demo a car at Toyota of Clermont. It was late, we were tired and wanted the car but was going to go home and return the next day to buy the car. While we were driving home the sales rep. called and said the Mgr. was off tomorrow and if we came back tonight (9PM already) they would give us $1000 off. We were tired but agreed to go back for that. This is were you better be careful. We gave them a credit application (which lowered our credit score 2 pts.) and had our down payment ready. They attempted to get us to agree to a payment. I insisted the payment didn't matter and wanted to see the bottom line. Then I saw they was not selling us the car for what they promised and raised the price because we didn't buy the $2000 warranty, $600 window tint and $300 matts. They lied about giving us $1000 off, they lied about what price they were figuring payments on and then the Manager lied about telling the sales rep. to call us with the offer. There were to many more lies to count. We wanted to purchase the car and my wife is disappointed, But integrity and honor is worth more than a hunk of metal. More

Anthony Cox went out of his way to make this as painless and easy as possible. I turned in the car in the morning and was given a rental car. My car had both services completed within 4 hours and I was called. I went to pick it up and again it was almost seamless. Truly an easy experience when all of us are at our worst. Our mode of transportation is not available. They made is so I wasn't stuck anywhere and all work was accomplished in a timely and excellent manner. Kudos Toyota and Anothony! More
