Wasn't GREAT. Wasn't TERRIBLE My relationship started off on the wrong foot. I called ahead to make sure a car that was advertised online was still available. The dealer said it was and I said I'd be coming from Orlando to take a look later in the afternoon. When I arrived, my sales guy couldn't find the car. A sales manager found us wandering in the lot and explained that we couldn't see the car today. It was in the shop. Turns out, the back window had gotten broken and they pulled the car in for repair. After expressing my disappoint in driving out there, even after confirming that the car was available, he let me go into the repair shot to at least verify that the car was what I was looking for. I was unable to test drive. Several days later, they called and said we could come take a test drive. My wife and I went out there. We drove the car and started the buying process. The "negotiator" was disingenuous. Everything about him seemed fake. He proceeded to tell me that my car choice was a great investment. To which I replied, "Not really. A car is not an investment. It's a depreciating asset." THEN. he started to argue back with me! What? Why would you ever argue with a potential buyer over what is a factual statement? Anyway, after looking at the price and the market value of the car, we offered a price for which we were willing to pay. They basically came back and said, "no. We will not come down on price." So we left. Three weeks later the car was still on the lot. They dropped the price listed on line. So I called and said, "Our offer from three weeks ago is still good." They accepted our offer. We picked up the car and so far everything seems to be good. The car didn't come with floor mats (which I'm guessing is standard for car dealerships, as a way to sell you super expensive dealer floor mats). And it only came with one key (they didn't even offer to sell us a spare key). This is one of those types of dealerships where you have to go through several people before you buy a car: the sales person, the negotiator, a hidden yes or no deal guy in the back, and a finance person. There was even another person who "delivered" the car to us in the lot, who went over the details of the car. Because of all the people involved, it felt more like a factory and I was on the conveyor belt of sales. I don't recall even getting a thank you phone call or letter and it's been three weeks. Overall I would call the place cordial and polite, but not friendly. Certainly void of relationship. More

returned a lease Nick in sales helped us finalized our lease. We bought a new 2017. And had paper work to turn in. He was able to clear up any questions we had.
