Smooth purchase process I like the way this dealer organizes its sales process. Experts up front that go over vehicle with you, then straight to the finance/paperwork proces I like the way this dealer organizes its sales process. Experts up front that go over vehicle with you, then straight to the finance/paperwork process. Everyone in the process did a great job including Amanda who wrapped up the process. I don't think I've ever been through a faster or more efficient paperwork process. She knew I had to go and didn't waste time. The only complaint I have is the final delivery of the vehicle there was some dirt so detailing didn't do the best job but I was in a rush to go so maybe that's why. To my surprise, the manager came to address my concern and said come back when you return from your trip and I will have the car detailed again and I will fill it up with gas. Great job Toyota of Clermont! More

We were initially going to go to Carmax because we always bought our cars from them, however, after the wonderful experience we had with Toyota of Clermont on December 31, 2016, they will always have our business. From the first person who greeted us on the lot, to the last person who gave us the keys to our new car, the process was incredibly easy and smooth. Junior, JC and Rose made a dreaded experience pleasant and fulfilling. The dealership was incredibly busy on the day we bought our car, but we never felt like a number to them. Each of the people that helped us get our car was very attentive to our needs and patiently answered all of our questions. My husband and I really love our RAV4 and look forward to a lifelong partnership with Toyota of Clermont. More

Jeremy Roberts ordered the new part for us and it would take at least 2 months for it to arrive much to our dismay since we would have no music!! The part arrived in 2 weeks, thanks to Jeremy he got us right in and had the part replaced immediately!! He's the best and I feel like he's always looking out for us whenever we have a problem! Thank you for adding the music to our holidays and a thanks to Don, our courtesy driver for always taking us to our favorite Italian restaurant with a smile on his face! More
