I love my new car but I honestly feel I could have gott The beginning was great and Justin the sales guy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I love my new car but I honestly feel I could have gotten a better experience or the same at another Toyota dealership. I went up there on April 15 about the stickers coming off on my car and was informed from Will and the GM that it's about a week. I NEVER heard anything and I had to personally call about it. I was told give me a few days and I'll let you know. Never heard anything again. Almost a month later I decided to call the GM after a month of talking to William. I was promised from GM I would receive a call the same day from Will. At 1725 I called again to see what was going on. They still don't have the stickers for my car and I move on Tuesday. Also, which made me even more upset is when I spoke to Will about the running boards he originally told me when I got my car he couldn't throw it into the deal but he would definitely give them to me for price and no install fee. And when I asked about it today when I called him he said "I can see what I can do!" Seriously!! I was told originally it wouldn't be a problem. I honestly feel it was said to get me to finalize the deal and I feel taken advantage of. I reminded him what he said and he said he'd call me tomorrow. If someone says something than do it. Don't lie or take advantage of someone over a deal that I would have done anyway. Other than that the GM Nick was very pleasant, professional, and helpful to talk too. Will was also very nice. I'm not sure if it's that he's too busy and does so much he forgot about our deal and to order the stickers or if there was miscommunication in the dealership somewhere but I know someone who was able to get things fixed on her brand new Jeep and airport Jeep and Chrysler and they had it taken care of for her in the same week and I'm having to continue to call and make sure it's done and now the promise I was originally told about my running boards are possibly not happening. I'm disappointed but I'll get over it and I just want my stickers replaced before I move on Tuesday and the running boards that I was promised. This has seriously been too stressful for me and it's ashamed because other than this the experience was exceptional. Also, thank you for my amazing car. Please just help me with what is going on!! More

WORST SERVICE EVER! Bottom line, I will give it to you straight, this is the worst dealership EVER!!
