He was very nice to work with and wanted to make sure we were treated well and did everything in his power to get the truck we wanted for what we could afford. We appreciate all he did to make us happy. We then met the financial lady. I don't remember her name but she was so sweet and kind and very helpful from the paperwork to helping us with features we did not know how to use. She is a keeper. The service department called to set a time to put our runners on the truck and my husband said he was a very nice person and he liked the service department. All in all, we had a great experience with your Dealership and are very happy with our new vehicle. Thank you for everything and we would recommend your dealership to anyone. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Best car buying experience I have ever had. I went In for an oil change on my 2014 4Runner I had been leasing. My lease will be up in May (I had it fo Best car buying experience I have ever had. I went In for an oil change on my 2014 4Runner I had been leasing. My lease will be up in May (I had it for almost 3 years) and it has been the BEST car I have ever owned. Every time I go into a Toyota dealership for manor ice I am treated with the upmost respect and they listen to my needs. While I was waiting for my oil change, I went over to the sales to see what my options are when my lease is up. Justin (I think :)) and will talked to me and later it out and showed me what the best option would be for me. They showed me numbers and were up front of what it would be to buy my car out of the lease or to lease a brand new 2016 4Runner. Considering the price difference I opted to resign a lease with the 2016 4Runner that only had 16 miles on it (6 of those were me test driving it). They play no games, they worked with me with no pressure, they switched my insurance and it if state registration for me and filled my tank. Oh and I'm case you're wondering, they also didn't make me pay for the oil change that I originally went there for. It was quite a long process but that's just how buying a car goes! I wish I lived closer to the dealer because they would for sure have my business forever. Loved the staff, the finance girls were sweet!! They went out, or my mats in and even scrapped off my stickers to put them on my new vehicle. Justin (I hope that's his name), will, mark, rose and Heidi and the oil change Rep I don't remember her name we're all every very nice and took care of my needs! More

We then met with Scott who was outstanding and explained the whole process not only in detail, but it was probably the most painless experience of buying a car ever. We were in and out in less than 2 hours, including a test drive, and our end result could not have made us happier. We will absolutely be recommending Toyota of Clermont to our friends and family.
