We then met with Scott who was outstanding and explained the whole process not only in detail, but it was probably the most painless experience of buying a car ever. We were in and out in less than 2 hours, including a test drive, and our end result could not have made us happier. We will absolutely be recommending Toyota of Clermont to our friends and family. Outstanding service, cars, & people! My expierence at the Toyota of clermont was incredible. I went in with my guard up, making sure I wasn't hyping myself up and becoming disappointed. Reason being, I didn't know if I was going to walk out of there with a new car or not. Luckily the worst didn't happen. The staff that helped me were incredible! They helped me with my purchase and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. They answered any questions I had and worked with me really well to help me walk out of there with a brand new 2017 Corolla SE. I couldn't be happier. I actually cried tears of joy! It was a long and hard process but it was worth it in the end. It was my second purchase at this location and also my second Corolla! I couldn't be happier! More

Outstanding Buying Experience I made an online inquiry on Toyota of Clermont's web page and within five minutes I was contacted by Jamie who arranged an appointment for me wit I made an online inquiry on Toyota of Clermont's web page and within five minutes I was contacted by Jamie who arranged an appointment for me with Max. Jamie also greeted me in the showroom. Max greeted me at arrival and explained to me he was not a salesman, but an advisor who would assist me in selecting the vehicle I wanted to buy. I already had my sights on a RAV4, so it didn't take long for him to give me a test ride in the car I subsequently purchased. Max was professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all the RAVs features. Max turned me over to Mat who is a salesman. Mat had my trade in appraised and explained the purchase vs lease options and after conferring with Joshua, the sale was completed. Mat was also a very courteous and professional. After reaching a sales agreement, I was turned over to Amanda who finalized the paperwork and delivered the RAV4. Amanda was very efficient, polite and organized. After completing the paperwork, she made the RAV4 ready for me to drive home and even put the license plate on it. Overall, my buying experience at Toyota of Clermont was outstanding. The showroom is fairly new, very clean and professional in appearance. There was not a group of salesmen handing around the from door waiting for customers as I've seen in other (non-Toyota) showrooms. Things are well organized and everyone I dealt with knew their job and made me feel like my business was important to them. More

Your sales staff were able to fulfill my wish list and I purchased a 2017 Rav4 before I left. The process was so easy and efficient. All my questions were answered above and beyond. Staff very friendly. I feel I have made some new friends, BTW LOVE my car PS I wanted to put my purchase on my credit card, but was told I could only put $5,000 on it which I did. More
