Shortly, Nicole Walrath arrived at my car door and my concern to receive service so late in then day was resolved. Also, I appreciate how my request for brake inspection was not just taken by Nicole/dealership as the opportunity to just rack up another brake job. Upon job completion, Nicole showed me the current condition of front brake shoes and advised any brake work should be delayed. Further, she worked real hard to provide me with all discounts available for service preformed. Five star professional service employee. More
