Not at all the car buying experience I expected!! I always dread buying a new (used) car with the pressure sales and nevering knowing if you got a good price. This was TOTALLY different. I called a few times about an internet special car to make sure it was in stock when I was able to go since I live 50 miles away. When we got there for our scheduled appointment they were ready for us. The salesperson showed us the car we wanted and didn't even try to pressure us into a more expensive model when I commented that I liked the color better. I was impressed. The only pressure I felt at all came to the issue of accessories package, which we did not buy. The paperwork went smooth. Rose was a delight. She even threw in a special present that topped off the day. We chose Toyota of Clermont for the included dealer fee in the price (saves $600-$1000 depending on the dealership). But now we will chose them for the buying experience as well!! More
