The Prius is superb and flawless--a great economic ride.However, a buyer should be careful to read and question every charge, because the dealership attempts to include unwanted and expensive items not wanted: e.g. tinted windows, etc. I rejected a number of them and they were not mentioned in our negotiations. So, caveat emptor. Otherwise, a fantastic dealership---the best I have ever experienced. More

Limited Premium version of the Sienna had only 6k miles and was offered at a great and fair pri I purchased a used 2016 Sienna at Toyota of Clermont. Limited Premium version of the Sienna had only 6k miles and was offered at a great and fair price upfront (maybe even a little low). I wasn't local so I worked the deal with Nate over the phone. He was informative and responsive and we very quckly had a final deal that I thought was totally fair without any games. I traveled to Clermont to make the purchase and was greeted by Nick the general manager since it was Nate's day off. He made me feel welcome and made sure that the enitre purchase process went smoothly and even helped arrange vehicle shipping after the deal was complete. Heidi in finance made the transaction easy and clear. All the paperwork was ready for me, it was accurate and she explained everything clearly. Could not have been easier or more efficient!! And of course the Sienna was in fantastic shape and totally clean. Great car buying experience! Highly recommended!! More
