Toyota of Clermont had the truck I wanted, after calling the dealership and telling the sales staff Of the truck I was told they will not discuss any prices or negotiate over the phone. I explained to Michelle, I was out of town potential and me driving 7 hours to discuss a price was not an option. I offered to fax my drivers lic, do the credit app etc. She was not even remotely interested. Basically I was made to feel like I was trying to scam her, I said ok, hung up and tried again, the other internet sales rep, Katy said the same thing. Why have a internet "Sales staff" if all you are going to sat is come in and let's talk. I have purchased 3 previous cars off the internet without any issue at all. Made to feel like I was wasting their time and I was a bother to them The didn't even want to talk. I gave them my work email and phone, my cell number. No calls or emails. -Steve More

No pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Went to T of C to check out prices as we did with several other dealers. Found the staff pleasant, accommodating and informed. All went well except that my pre-approved loan from B of A was not acceptable. What could have taken a few minutes by phone and fax ended up taking much longer and we had to go to my bank for a check. Caitlin was terrific with the final paperwork and delivery of the truck. Really I think you should tell any customer who asks for the price of a battery that there is a $60 installation charge as manu parts places install free of charge. More
