Then off to Scott which then his ability to work his magic to come up with financing as he goes above and beyond with his personal super customer service with a smile and never leaving us disappointed. As we make our way over to Catlin to get us on our way, she made the paperwork easy to understand while accepting our creative entertainment because we are so happy with our purchase.. She was amazing asset to Toyota as she throughly goes through the paperwork with perfection and explaining my questions with great detail.. Then she got our vehicle cleaned up and set up to be road ready.. This is a great team that should be totally recognize for there extreme excellent customer service, all done in less than an hour after we made our final decision.. And believe me the patiences they expressed during the waiting process on my husband to decide deserves an award because he can drive people nuts while he goes through every thought process possible. They interacted in each step of the process, all three where there to see us off with a great smile, probably just happy to see us go, but they dealt with us very professionally and went above and beyond to meet our needs and with through explainations of every question possible.. So thank you Adam, Scott, and Catlin for another wonderful experience at Toyota of CLERMONT.. Ps management please consider a fan of some sorts for my friend Adam at the bus stop, he so deserves some fresh air after the work outs of running around the whole parking lot showing inventory, they get hot and sweaty and it's not to appealing to customers, even though it's not their fault, when it's part of the job..
