Rock Panel Fix Rock panel - front under carriage - was hanging. James Mayo (I've worked w him before - great guy!) assisted me in getting it taken care of. Ya know, time to for the mechanics to get the car in, assess, check things out etc, and work on it (fix/reattach and whatnot) in turn. No big deal. All went well far as i know. Was told they had to replace some clips. James was kind enough to also ask if I wanted a wash - some people dont want or maybe just lack time for it. I initially declined (thinking it would cost) but when i found out it does not, nor does it take long, i accepted. As always my experience was good with your staff. :) Far as expediency, everything was totally reasonable as expected. Thank you for what you all do. And a special thanks to James Mayo and the service department. Kudos Guys! More

My awesone afternoon & evening with Toyota of Clermont After starting out at the Nissan Dealership 1-2 blocks down the road, waiting 1/2 hr. for our sales person to return we left!! I do believe they actua After starting out at the Nissan Dealership 1-2 blocks down the road, waiting 1/2 hr. for our sales person to return we left!! I do believe they actually did us a favor, which led us to Toyota. I so glad they ignored us at Nissan, cause I'm extremely happy with Toyota :) Patrick was very helpful in helping us to find the type of vehicle we were looking for. I had a 2001 Lexus for over 14 years, just turned over 100,000. miles on it and had tree branch fall & totaled my car:( I do know of Toyota's reputation, my brother has had his little Corolla for over 20 years & of course my Lexus which I loved. Scott was extremely helpful in securing the financial part of the process for us, & very patiently waited while I called ALL my credit card companies to get the best cask back rewards I could. Then there was Grace, I can not help but smile when I think of her!! She was so great in explaining all the paperwork & what all we needed do with insurance, transferring my tag & getting our new car ready for us!! What a loss to England & a real treasure for the good old USA !! I was so excited to bring our little neighbor girls (which are like our babies) to meet her the next day & they loved her!! I had to promise anytime I went back there to bring them with me. I love my new Rav 4 & could not be any more happy with the way things worked out. Thank You so much Toyota of Clermont for one of the best date nights ever!!! More
