Grace had the paperwork all ready to go and was very efficient in processing the paperwork for 3 vehicles.. Grace is very pleasant and even put our plate on and took the plates off the cars with a manual screw driver in the heat . even though guys were hanging out in the showroom just talking. I am old school and think a man should be responsible for that process as she does have to return to an office for the next customer, just my opinion..
