Great car buying experience Old vs new RAV 4! I went in to look at the new RAV4 hybrid at Toyota of Clermont and was sold on it! The staff was awesome from Eric who showed me the Old vs new RAV 4! I went in to look at the new RAV4 hybrid at Toyota of Clermont and was sold on it! The staff was awesome from Eric who showed me the car, to Oscar who had to deal with Todd on the purchase price! I did not have my Prius with me but that was not a problem..... Drove away with the RAV4 and the finance office was quick and easy with the paperwork! THANKS GRACE! Best car buying experience ever! My experience at Toyota of Clermont was better than i could have imagined. Everyone was amazing, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I did my test drive with Michael Duran (Product Specialist). He was very knowledgable and answered every question i had...he helped me find the perfect car. After i picked my car, i went inside and talked to Oscar Duran (Sales Specialist). We struck a good deal which i was extremely satisfied within minutes. What i liked most about the experience was that Oscar and Michael didn't make me feel like they were salesman, i felt like i was with friends the whole time...it was cool. Then i did my final paperwork with Amanda. She as well, made my experience great. She made the most dreadful part of car buying (contract signing lol) effortless. Then Natasha helped set me up in my new car. She helped me set up my bluetooth, taught me all the controls and stuff and congratulated me on my purchase. all in all this was the best experience and i don't see myself even considering another place to buy a car. Toyota of Clermont is without a doubt the best dealership I've ever been to! More
