AWESOME I recently purchased a new vehicle for myself and had a truly horrible experience with that dealership. I was thoroughly dreading going with my daught I recently purchased a new vehicle for myself and had a truly horrible experience with that dealership. I was thoroughly dreading going with my daughter to look for a new car but she needed help. I was skeptical and on guard coming into your location. WOW best describes your staff. First was Mark Anthony. My daughter had been to the dealership a week prior to test drive a Corolla. This young man remembered every small detail of what she was looking for right down to a center console that would slide and the color she wanted. He knew each vehicle inside and out and was more than prepared for our questions. His knowledge and easy manner with customers was refreshing. He sold us on a beautiful Camry ( hard sell as we have been Chevy folks). He brought us to TJ Cotton. This was were I was prepared to fight. No need. I have not had a more pleasurable experience with a finance person in the past. While he did a super job of selling he was not pushy and never made us feel uncomfortable. He LISTENED to concerns and objections. He really worked hard to help my daughter get the best deal within her budget. Last was Grace Gordon!!! Paperwork is usually dreadful, boring and exasperating. Grace made it fun, enjoyable and relaxed while still explaining in detail each item and the requirements of each. She made the transfer of plates simple with her excellent skill and system. She was organized, bright and smiling even at 9:50 pm when we were leaving! The 3 people we dealt with worked like a team should. I would like to extend my thanks to each of them. You really have no idea just how important this experience was. My daughter has a very complicated medical condition. Due to the nature of her illness severe stress can lead to her hospitalized in an Addison crisis. Even something that should be as simple as buying a car could create that situation. The easy and friendly manner of Mark Anthony, TJ and Grace made the experience a pleasure with no high pressure stress. Again my thanks to each of them and my appreciation. So yes AWESOME is the best I can of each of these fine folks. I think when it is time for the Chevy to go I will look them up! More

We both are very happy that we came and purchase our RAV4 from TOYOTA OF CLERMONT....P/S we did not go to any other dealer to see other kinds of cars.. We have always driven TOYOTA nothing else.
