He was friendly, knowledgable, and never at any point did we feel we were being pushed into a sale. We then sat and chatted with Eddie who again was friendly, knowledgable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We explained what we needed and wanted, as we did not want to waste our time or your teams. Josh can and met with us and really worked the numbers and helped us stay on track with our needs. Due to time constraints with other previous commitments, your team worked with us so we could return later that evening to finish signing our documents. Grace had our paperwork all ready and was quick and efficient and with such a smile and friendly disposition. We knew it had been a long day for her and even after being there from open, she still was bubbly. That's a great employee! We left feeling thoroughly pleased with the experience your team gave us.
