Great buying experience We were pleasantly surprised when we were greater by a young gentleman in the parking lot at Toyota of Clermont. High End Experience Class act from entrance to exit. When I test drove the car I liked how Mark showed me how all the gadgets in the car worked, and synched my iPhone to Class act from entrance to exit. Extremely courteous and patient & I actually felt comfortable asking "dumb" questions. My final encounter was with Alexander whom I found to be courteous and very efficient. He wrapped up final issues with the car I.e.,floor mats and connected Bluetooth. I dreaded doing the paperwork but he was so good it only took about 15 minutes and I ready to go! More
