Purchase David was the first person to greet me at the dealership. He also showed me the available vehicles and his product knowledge was phenomenal. Extremely courteous and patient & I actually felt comfortable asking "dumb" questions. My final encounter was with Alexander whom I found to be courteous and very efficient. He wrapped up final issues with the car I.e.,floor mats and connected Bluetooth. I dreaded doing the paperwork but he was so good it only took about 15 minutes and I ready to go! More

Mr. James Mayo was just another great example of the excellent service reps that attend to the customer's needs there. I recently brought my Camry in for scheduled maintenance as well as some issues I was having with my locks. He checked me in quickly and the maintenance team was taking care of my car. He kept me up to date as the service was being performed. When my car was almost finished with the scheduled service, I remembered that I needed to have an additional service performed on my car. I informed James and without missing a beat he and the maintenance staff took care of it. More
