Service James Mayo did a super great job taking care of my needs not only on the service of my car but also taking care of ordering the parts to fix the dashb James Mayo did a super great job taking care of my needs not only on the service of my car but also taking care of ordering the parts to fix the dashboard of my two Toyota Camrys, these are recalls from Toyots regarding the dashboard of my cars and I have been trying to get this situation corrected for FIVE months and every time that I had called to Toyota Clermont they always told me that they did not have the parts and that they would let me know when they had parts to fix the cars I was ar the end of my rope ready to call Toyota in California and report the problem with Toyota of Clermont ,but now I think there is hope thanks to James Mayo , he ordered the parts that nobody had ordered More

From the minute we entered the premises, even in the parking lot we noticed how clean and organized it was. We were greeted by Mark Anthony Rivera, who was very friendly and made us feel right at home. He immediately introduced to us to Deja, whom we had spoken to on the phone. After showing us all the cars we wanted to see and explaining everything about each car in great detail (he is very knowledgeable) we finally settled on a certified used car. We were introduced to Juan Soto, who is also very pleasant. Juan asked all the right questions and answered all our questions. We liked that he kept our budget in mind and did everything he could to help us purchase something that made us happy without breaking the bank. Mr. Alexander Reyes was very thorough and pleasant. Very organized, knowledgeable and helpful.. Overall, we would most definitely recommend Toyota of Clermont to our friends and family. More
