Evening service call that saved a vacation In January, 2016, upon returning to my winter home in Clermont, Florida, my daughter and I discovered a dead battery on my Toyota Prius. I snowbird In January, 2016, upon returning to my winter home in Clermont, Florida, my daughter and I discovered a dead battery on my Toyota Prius. I snowbird here but my daughter's visit was for a short vacation. We waited for over an hour for AAA to come to my home. Getting the car started continued to be an issue at my home and the vacations plans were in jeopardy. That's when I called Clermont Toyota and Jeremy Roberts stepped in to provide service, "above and beyond". He talked the AAA man through the process and finally the Prius was started. Jeremy serviced the car that same evening even though it was past their last appointment time. The battery did indeed need to be replaced. My daughter's vacation time was saved and we were able to go about our way. Thanks to Jeremy Roberts!! More
