We had originally looked at a vehicle that had been sold the day before we were able to get down there, but the staff was patient and assisted in whatever way they could. We test drove a few of the same vehicle and ended up making a final decision after much longer of a wait than we had anticipated. Never once were we pressured or rush. Our son was able to take a nap in the time that we were there and they made sure we were comfortable while we waited for paperwork/the vehicle being readied. All in all it was a good experience and if we needed to purchase another vehicle would definitely start here. More

Caused airbag light to go on and won't fix it for free. I brought my Toyota Avalon in to Toyota of Clermont to take care of a airbag safety recall. The airbag light wasn't on. Less than 15 miles of driving I brought my Toyota Avalon in to Toyota of Clermont to take care of a airbag safety recall. The airbag light wasn't on. Less than 15 miles of driving after I left their service department the airbag light went on. I drove my car over 50,000 miles before they touched it and the airbag light was never on. They will not take care of the airbag light for free. In fact, they told me it's going to be very expensive to fix. They claim it's just a coincidence. Come on. Do the sensible and right thing. More
