My First Service Appointment I bought my car on July 4 weekend. It was such a pleasant experience. Then it was time for its first service. Yes, here we are almost 6 months la I bought my car on July 4 weekend. It was such a pleasant experience. Then it was time for its first service. Yes, here we are almost 6 months later with only 3400 miles on it. I called and made the appointment -- they actually had an opening for the same day. When I pulled in, Bryan Hadley was waiting for me. He asked if I had an questions, checked to see if I wanted a car wash (I did) and told me exactly what services would be performed. He then told me it would be about 45 minutes. I had brought my laptop and settled in at the impeccably clean waiting area to get some work done. After about 25 minutes, Bryan came up and told me the service was completed. I had a question about one of the car functions and Bryan patiently explained to me how to work it correctly. I had bought my car here because I value the Toyota brand and I will keep coming back because of the service at purchase and then again at maintenance. More

I made an appointment on line, and was served by Scott Jackson when I arrived. I dropped off the car at 11:30 am and went off to lunch. By the time I returned a couple of hours later, the car was completed, including a complimentary car wash. They certainly lived up to their promises, and I would recommend them highly to anyone. More

We made our appointment via telephone with JAYLA who perfectly handled the phone call/reservation and is someone who you would like to be the "tip of the spear" at your dealership. YOMARI did a wonderful job as the cashier who accepted our payment and handled the paperwork. Thank you to Toyota of Clermont for the $10 coupon for the oil/filter change and for the free car wash! However, before I jump on this $1,119.89 estimate, I will do some fact checking and thinking about what is "really necessary" for this 15 1/2 year old vehicle with 79,749 miles on it, having recently completed a 4,398 mile road trip to Denver and back.
