Happy with service dept I had a recall. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. When I pulled in, I was told it would take about 1 & 1/2 hours. I walked into I had a recall. Short, sweet, and inexpensive! The purpose of this visit was an oil/filter change on our 2000 Toyota Avalon. Our trusted Service Advisor was JEREMY ROBERTS who did an excellent job The purpose of this visit was an oil/filter change on our 2000 Toyota Avalon. Our trusted Service Advisor was JEREMY ROBERTS who did an excellent job as usual. We made our appointment via telephone with JAYLA who perfectly handled the phone call/reservation and is someone who you would like to be the "tip of the spear" at your dealership. YOMARI did a wonderful job as the cashier who accepted our payment and handled the paperwork. Thank you to Toyota of Clermont for the $10 coupon for the oil/filter change and for the free car wash! Total Invoice: $24.00. JEREMY ROBERTS explained and noted on the service invoice several recommendations for service: Valve Cover Gasket Leaking - $700.00 Front Brakes - $199.99 Brake Fluid Exchange - $129.95 Power Steering Fluid Exch. - $ 89.95 As vehicle owners know, "there is always something." However, before I jump on this $1,119.89 estimate, I will do some fact checking and thinking about what is "really necessary" for this 15 1/2 year old vehicle with 79,749 miles on it, having recently completed a 4,398 mile road trip to Denver and back. Purchasing my new RAV 4 When I arrived at the dealership, I was quickly greeted by Dan who graciously and patiently went over aspect of the RAV4 XLE and Limited. He waited wh When I arrived at the dealership, I was quickly greeted by Dan who graciously and patiently went over aspect of the RAV4 XLE and Limited. He waited while I took my time choosing between the two and it was a tough choice for me. Once, my decision was made - Oscar took over. Now, Oscar was very professional - but let's face it, no one likes to haggle or do the financial stuff. It's stressful. Oscar is trying to get the best deal for the dealership and I'm trying to get the best price for me. In the end, we came to an agreement and a deal was made. Now the icing on the cake goes to Erika. She was amazing!!! She went through all of the paperwork (and they aren't paid enough) and then she took me outside to my newly washed car to put my floor mats in and put my license plate on. But she didn't stop there - she went on to show me how to use everything in my car - how to program my favortie radio stations and how to set up the bluetooth to work with my phone. She was amazing in a process that was overwhelming - I feel that she went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Finally, Dan was again waiting to say goodbye as I pulled away in my brand new RAV 4. Overall, this was a great experience and without these three individuals it wouldn't have been that way. More
