Juan greeted us on the lot and he was very informative. He has a lot of product knowledge and informed us on stuff we didn't even ask about. He was very easy to deal with. Scott, Juan's sales counterpart, was just as helpful. He was able to get us everything we wanted in the payment range with needed for s excellent price. The purchase process was very smooth and much quicker then I remember. Aimee, in finance was also very helpful and we got through all the paperwork pretty quick. The 3 of them exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend them. More

He explained everything the car offered and all the safety features! Ben helped me during the negotiation process. He was great and even spoke on the phone with my mom! Rebecca helped me last and was great as I filed all my paperwork. My overall experience was amazing and made buying my first car less stressful. Even when I came in with my trade the next day everyone greeted me by name and acted the same as the day before when they were trying to sell me a car. A lot of money spent, what about the small stuff. Went in and test drove a Toyota Prius. Headed inside to get financed and put $2700 down. I asked for a second key to be made because they key they gave me was a smart key and it was in terrible shape and the seals on it were all broke with the inside components clearly exposed. I politely asked if I could have another made and he said "No". I thought to myself, if I'm buying a vehicle from you, you should be able to supply a $150 key, if you want return customers. My wife was looking for a vehicle and I sent her to Central Florida Toyota, which she was very happy about the over the top service. I now know where I will be taking my future business if this isn't corrected by Clermont. More
