Another satisfied customer We recently drove to Clermont to begin our search for a car to replace a 2005 Corolla. Our first stop was Toyota of Clermont. Our salesperson Wil was, We recently drove to Clermont to begin our search for a car to replace a 2005 Corolla. Our first stop was Toyota of Clermont. Our salesperson Wil was, as we soon discovered, a student at my school several years ago. We got so wrapped up in casual conversation that the test drive was unlike any that I have ever been involved, We did eventually get around to discussing the vehicle and made what I feel was a very fair deal. I also want to give a shout out to Aimee who guided us through the paperwork process. She had an opportunity to lose her cool when we discovered that, more than halfway through signing the numerous documents that accompany such a transaction, our house number was off by one number. She reprinted the documents without complaint and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. I am pleased with the overall experience that my wife and I had at Toyota of Clermont. More

Worst experience ever Very shady individuals. They lied about their vehicle, finance and lease program. Changed numbers on the contracts without letting me know. Overchar Very shady individuals. They lied about their vehicle, finance and lease program. Changed numbers on the contracts without letting me know. Overcharged on vehicles and said that they can do this it is allowed. Added over $4,000 to the MSRP advertised sticker on the window. When confronted said that they can do whatever they want. Nothing was added to the vehicle to make price go up. Only changed it because i was doing a one time lease payment not a month to month. Totally taken advantage of. I will never ever do business with this establishment ever again. All they care about is their sales of vehicles. When you try to talk to them from salesman all the way up to manager they totally ignore nor wont discuss the issues even when they know they are in the wrong. I had one salesman apologize for what he had done to me. But that was it. I will never ever do business with them again. Counting the days until my lease is up. More
Thank you for helping me get my family home safe :) On a recent trip to see family in N.C. our car broke down on the Florida Turnpike. It started smoking pretty bad and just quit. I had my disabled mom and 4 year old grandson with me so I was very worried. Soon after calming them down a tow truck with flashing lights pulls up behind us. He introduced himself as Donnie and said he was there to help. He just wanted to make sure everyone was safe or help with gas, flat tires, etc. He explained that this is a service provided by the Fl.Turn Pike at no charge. I was so relieved! He let my mom sit in his truck where it was cool and offered her water. It was so hot out. Donnie helped me call a cab from Clermont since I wasn't even sure where on the Turn Pike we were. Donnie told the dispatcher our location and helped keep my grandson entertained while I confirmed the cab.He even waited with us until the cab arrived. I really had my hands full and could not have done it without his help. After the $85 cab ride we still didn't make the plane so we waited 4 hours for the next flight.. After arriving in N.C.I called the Ford dealership in Clermont where my car was and Spoke with Ron in service .I decided the repair for my car was too costly. I then asked to speak with a salesman so I can buy a new car. "I have to get my family back home after our trip. Since I have always had a Ford and receive special pricing with our Ford Family X Plan I knew I wanted another one. Jose got on the phone and I explained what I was looking for. After searching the inventory and speaking with Jose I decided on the 2016 Ford Fusion. We got the numbers done and approved and all was good. He asked for my arrival time and said he looked forward to meeting me .After Jose learned I was an X plan member his attitude went from being helpful to not very helpful at all though. A couple days later Jose calls me and says that he may not be there when I arrive but Patrick would take over and everything is all set up. He said he most likely will be there but just in case Patrick was will be also. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I needed it. I called José the day of our flight and he assured me that all I would have to do is sign and drive since we did everything on the computer. I felt offended and put off. I reminded him that I have a disabled mom and a 4 year old with me. Our flight landed on time, I rented a car from Enterprise and Drove to Ford excited to buy my new car. It was around 5:30 and I told my family that this will only be about a hour and then we can eat. I walk in the door and after a few minutes stopped someone and asked for Jose. I was told to wait. I waited and then after some time Patrick comes out. He absolutely wanted nothing to do with the deal. It was all over his face. He tried to get someone else to deal with me but I guess he had no choice.He was hurried and looked super busy with other things. He never did show me the car and wanted me to fill out the credit app again and go thru everything I spent 3 days doing with Jose. When I ask to see the contract Jose and I agreed upon so I can read it Patrick said he doesn't have it and I will have to sit and wait for the finance manger and he said that could be until 9pm and walked away. We sat there for a while and I asked to see the car and he pointed to it out the door and said its on the side and went back to talking to someone else.I tried to call jose on his cell when I realized no one either didnt know what was going on or didnt care.I asked Patrick if the finance manager would be at least an hour and he said "yes " so we went to eat.After we ate we came back and the dealership was closed. i was left stranded 2 hrs from home with a rental car that Jose promised Ford would return the next day. I had no choice but go to the next open dealership and decide on a car. It was a Toyota dealership. Everyone was very professional.I dealt with Andreas and Will.They got me into my brand new Toyota Camery for even less money and I love the car!!!! Toyota stayed open late for me and even followed me so I could drop off the rental car.The finance office was pleasent to work with and still took their time with me even though they were closing. We finally made it home around 2am Thanks to the Staff at Toyota of Clermont! See you on Friday to get my windows tinted! More
