Great car buying experience Recently purchased a Toyota Sienna after dealing with multiple other dealers and a lot of frustration. When arriving at Toyota of Clermont we began o Recently purchased a Toyota Sienna after dealing with multiple other dealers and a lot of frustration. When arriving at Toyota of Clermont we began our experience with product specialist Christian who showed us the vehicles. This eventually led to working with sales specialist Andreas . Both people were a refreshing change to what we had been dealing with at previous other dealerships. My Wife and I felt more like we were dealing with friends and that they were concerned with our satisfaction and never felt like just another sale. This was by far our best car buying experience and we have had quite a few. To finalize the deal and begin the usual mountain of paper work we then started working with Rebecca who made this often boring and tedious task into a very interesting and fun time or as heard often easy peazy. The dealership went above and beyond for us We are happy with our experience at Toyota of Clermont. No one was pushy. We were offered a price well below the MSP and happy with it. We went home, obtained our own financing that would be at a cheaper interest rate, went back and bought the car. We had a blank check emailed to us by USAA which the dealership treated like cash. We just filled in the check. Everyone was very helpful. Heidi in finance was especially helpful; she did the title, tag transfer, registration, and other final paperwork. Heidi also synched our phones to the bluetooth in the car. This is our 2nd Prius, and we are happy with both cars. More
