However, unrelated to Nicole's excellent service, I had a devil of a time phoning the dealer as two of three listed numbers on their website were either disconnected or kept ringing without answer. This is a website issue alone. When I actually got someone, every person I dealt with provided top-notch service. More

I was sent a reminder email the day before my appointment. A short wait to be taken to work while my car was serviced. I was called when it was ready, they fixed my recall on the vehicle and picked me back up. The whole process was smooth, without a long wait and a team that was friendly and enjoyed their job.
