He knew everything about my new 2015 Toyota Camry LE from front to back...after making my selection Kuan walked me in to meet William Scott Moore...What a pleasant person to meet...He asked if I was happy with my selection...I voiced somethings I thought about after and he made sure I got what I wanted and made sure I was pleased and comfortable with my purchase price and payment...He made it ALL ABOUT ME (and that was a good thing because I've never bought a new car and my mind was cloudy and I was nervous about my car payment) then off to Heidi Chase who was a joy to work with...she went over all the final paperwork with me and made sure I understood everything I was signing and helped with understanding my car options with my Bluetooth since my last car didn't have all that fancy stuff...WHAT A AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! The dealership went above and beyond for us We are happy with our experience at Toyota of Clermont. No one was pushy. We were offered a price well below the MSP and happy with it. We went home, obtained our own financing that would be at a cheaper interest rate, went back and bought the car. We had a blank check emailed to us by USAA which the dealership treated like cash. We just filled in the check. Everyone was very helpful. Heidi in finance was especially helpful; she did the title, tag transfer, registration, and other final paperwork. Heidi also synched our phones to the bluetooth in the car. This is our 2nd Prius, and we are happy with both cars. More

Scott, Juan's sales counterpart, was just as helpful. He was able to get us everything we wanted in the payment range with needed for s excellent price. The purchase process was very smooth and much quicker then I remember. Aimee, in finance was also very helpful and we got through all the paperwork pretty quick. The 3 of them exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend them. More
