Scott Jackson was awesome. Scott Jackson did an awesome of job of getting my car in and out (and it wasn't a Toyota) really quick. My dad always taught me, "If you borrowed some Scott Jackson did an awesome of job of getting my car in and out (and it wasn't a Toyota) really quick. My dad always taught me, "If you borrowed something, you always return in better shape than when you borrowed it". Well, that's the way it was with my car at Toyota of Clermont. They changed the oil and rotated the tires plus washed the car and vacuumed the inside essentially returning it in better shape than when I brought it in. Scott was extremely friendly and courteous and made sure to find me quickly with any questions or suggestions concerning my car. Scott was a really great Tech to work with and just a great guy in general. As I said previously, my car is not a Toyota, but they treated my car as if it was a Toyota and me as if I was a repeat Toyota customer bringing in my car for service. I also have to give a shout out to Jeff Moreno and Benjamin Lewis for at least trying to get me out of a bad finance situation in my car. I appreciate your time, fellas. More

Well...that was easy! I needed a car ASAP as my old one went kaput on me. Next day I decided on a Toyota and the nearest dealership was Toyota of Clermont. I had my fiancé I needed a car ASAP as my old one went kaput on me. Next day I decided on a Toyota and the nearest dealership was Toyota of Clermont. I had my fiancé call ahead and have them get a used Camry for me. I got there and 5 minutes later I was test driving the car. A few minutes after that I was signing the papers to buy said car. Everyone involved worked in a quick, but efficient manner with me. My financing rep, Rebecca, was great! She was very funny and helped me breeze through all the paper work without leaving me I'm the dust. I was even able to get a car that was 10 years newer than my old one and still pay the same amount per month. Great car buying experience! More

I expected pushy salesmen trying to coerce you to buy the most expensive thing out there but I was very pleased with the service and help I got from Jerry Rojas. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and had a sense of humor and was patient. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and although I was just there to browse and see what was out there, I ended up buyng a car that night. I wish I would have been shown the financing options on the less expensive versions of the car i leased like i had requested earlier because the monthly payment is a bit harder to afford than expected. (Hey, this was my first time I didn't know any better...) In any case, whether or not buying before I was mentally prepared (it probably wasn't the best decision I have made in my life) I love the car and the customer service was great. More
