I'm not just talking about the servicing of the car, that what was expected. I'm speaking of setting my appointment online, being called the next morning. I was sent a reminder email the day before my appointment. A short wait to be taken to work while my car was serviced. I was called when it was ready, they fixed my recall on the vehicle and picked me back up. The whole process was smooth, without a long wait and a team that was friendly and enjoyed their job. EXCELLENT More
