Then I was greeted by Sumrah whom was an amazing Sales Specialist. very professional, she introduced me to Damani, product specialist who did a wonderful job giving a brief history of the car I selected to test drive. During my test drive, my conversation with Damani was quite interesting, he had great knowledge of the vehicle. I got back to Toyota to complete paperwork; since I was pleased with the performance of the Toyota Camry SE I had test driven. I met with Sumrah again and told her how much money I had for down payment and what I wanted my monthly payment to be over a three year period. Now after I have been in two accidents and was very stressed out. Sumrah was an angel, she was able to work with me on my very demanding request with ease. She handled the whole transition smoothly with professionalism and pride. Finally, Sumrah introduced to Megan Finance Rep. whom were also quite professional. With great understanding, she explained thoroughly every piece of document I signed.
