Some what mixed, but overall satisfied Visited Toyota of Clermont in October 2014 to see what Toyota had to offer in a mid-sized truck. Had no intent of buying on the first visit, still in Visited Toyota of Clermont in October 2014 to see what Toyota had to offer in a mid-sized truck. Had no intent of buying on the first visit, still in the comparison stage. They offered me a price of nearly $3k below sticker. Visited same dealer in December 2014 ready to buy, they didn't want to budge off the sticker price. Got up to leave, then they offered the previous deal. Corey the person that shows/test drives the vehicles was very knowledgeable of Tacoma, pleasant and not pushy. The sales person that ran the credit check, not so pleasant. She wouldn't answer simple questions like the actual price of vehicle, she kept asking "what do you want your payment to be" and kept removing items to drop payment closer to the mark. The financial person Danielle Garcia was the most pleasant experience of the buying process, even though it seams like your signing your life away, she didn't rush through the paperwork and had a pleasant calming personality. Oh! After I drove home I noticed an item was missing, called them about it and they seamed eager to fix the problem. More
