So, my wife and I inquired about a 2019 Honda Odyssey at a Toyota dealership. We called today around 10 AM to see if the vehicle was available and if they could have it ready to look at by this afternoon. T a Toyota dealership. They said they can't hold it but would call back if they happen to sell it. I told them I understood and was planning for someone to babysit our children while my wife and I would come by and see it. Around 430 PM. I called back to make sure the vehicle was there, and the manager told me yes. So the wife and I drove over an hour to look at the vehicle. Once inside the sales person asked us what vehicle we were looking for. We told him the 2019 Honda, and he stated, "Oh ok, a mini van.""Sienna." We stated "No the Honda Odyssey you have on your lot, and we call about." The salesman said we sold it yesterday. In which we was like xxx. He said he would get his manager. Once the manager showed up, he was apparent in asking why we want an Odyssey over the Sienna. We told him why, and he apologized for the inconvenience and offer to pay our gas. I felt like they knew it was sold already but wanted us to show up to sell us something else. It seemed like a cost benefit to get someone in the door and pay 25 dollars for fuel vs. not having anyone coming into the dealership. I was pretty loud and using some very colorful language with them since we had our 1 week old child with us. I believe they knew since we called twice, and they confirmed both time the car was there. Honest mistake my xxx. This was a blatant violation of false advertising. I called not once but twice to confirm the vehicle I saw on line was on the lot. They flat out lied. It was not a mistake. They wasted 2 hours of my time. That is something that you can't get back and not worth a mere $25 in gas More
Went to check out a new Grand Highlander. If you are looking for the worst body shop place in town, this is one. Here is what happened to me: 4/26/23 sent to the dealer for initial repair 5/9/23 told the car is repaired , find out there is gap this is one. Here is what happened to me: 4/26/23 sent to the dealer for initial repair 5/9/23 told the car is repaired , find out there is gap between the fender and body shop on the passage side looks like a crap, and multiple body part is not aligned well together, apprently they were rushing the work. 5/16/23 sent the car back to fix the problems mentioned above, while the front dest forget to reserve a rental car for me, consequently, waiting for 3 hours for a rental car in the enterprise office 5/19/23 received a call that the car is fixed again , drive nearly 40 mins there and just find out the passage door is not able to unlock, while the window cannot roll down, as well as the body part alignments still have a huge gap, I asked the director why do they call me while the work is not even done, again, they rush the process, and skip steps! Btw, the director told me to calm down when I try to list my concerns, I did not feel my voice is heard and they actually take time to listen to my concerns. 5/23/23 received another call that the car is fixed again, drive another 30 mins to pick up the car, this time I thought everything worked, on my way home, I try to roll down the passage window, it did not work!!!!!!!!!! With all the drive back forth and false information i was communicated, and considered all the time I wasted to pick up the cars, simply apology will not be enough! My personal experience here is awful, the people here are not trustworthy! More
I took my 2021 Highlander in for the 20,000 mile service. I was surprised when the oil change, tire rotation, wash and inspection was done in less than 40 minutes. A quick glance at the inspection report showed everything checked as green (good). On entering the vehicle, I checked the glove compartment since the inspection of the cabin filter necessitates the removal of the compartment to access the filter. The contents of the compartment were arranged exactly as they were when I took the vehicle in. At home, I removed the contents and the glove compartment to check the cabin filter. It was filthy - clearly, the service tech never checked the filter and simply checked off the inspection report indicating it was in good shape. Now, I wonder how many other items checked off as good on that report, were actually inspected. Clearly, this is not the “service” one expects and pays for. I went so far as to take a picture of the dirty filter and sent it to the service department along with the above description. I received no response. Time to find a different provider that does not falsify the work they supposedly do. More

On the 11/03/2021th I took the car for maintenance of the 25,000 miles, everything went well at first, the oil was changed, the tires were rotated and the car was washed. Then I did the recommended maintenance in other places, and last month I decided to change the car at Toyota Jim Norton in Tulsa/OK, when they detected that the odometer had been Rollback. Until this day I did not know anything, when looking at the Carfax report it is clear that it was a maintenance error at the Toyota Clermont, as there is a maintenance at the Toyota Clermont on 12/26/2020 with the odometer 22.495. There would be no reason for me to take the car in for a 25,000 service if the odometer showed me less mileage than required for service. In contact with Carfax and Toyota Jim Norton of Tulsa, I was instructed to send this email so that you provide a letter reporting that this error was not mine, so that this error is repaired and I can do business with Toyota Jim Norton. More
