I bought my 2013 RAV 4 from Clermont and have enjoyed excellent service with the maintenance and new tires for my car over the 8 years. Yesterday I went in because my tire light was on and needed to get excellent service with the maintenance and new tires for my car over the 8 years. Yesterday I went in because my tire light was on and needed to get the air in my tires checked. I was met by a friendly woman who directed me to the air pump, where I was met by another friendly man. I bought a 2022 Toyota Tundra. And I have to pay over $5,000 over MSRP. The dealer claims that the reason they overcharged between $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP is because of a Market Adjustment and that i $5,000 over MSRP. The dealer claims that the reason they overcharged between $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP is because of a Market Adjustment and that is a lie. I call it Anticompetitive Monopolization. The dealer also lied about a repair that they did to my BMW that I got charged $1,000 to repair. They are intentionally extremely Dishonest People. More

I am completely blown away with the customer service at Toyota of Clermont! Gabe worked so hard to make sure that my fiancé and I get a SUV within our budget and dealt with me calling him all day. This is my second time buying a car with him and he always cares about what fits our needs. The finance person, Orianna, was beyond sweet. Within the whole process of signing our documents, she made sure to inform me on what forms I am signing and what it is meant for. Also, I would like to mention that Reanna in the parts department is so nice. She informed me of accessories they carry for my vehicle and told me if I have any questions to contact her. The worst experience ever! I had to bring my car to the dealership at three different occasions within a two week period. They failed to identify the issue twice and finally at the third time the car was f dealership at three different occasions within a two week period. The team did not apologize or take accountability for the inconvenience, and would not provide a rental or a loaner when requested. I was put on hold for long periods of time and transfered multiple times while attempting to reach the management team. Lack of professionalism and awful service. More
