Since i have yet to receive a response email from these owners, I guess this is the route that i need to take. I want to bring across a situation I have with Toyota of Clermont the GM you have representing you; he is a liar and has no respect for others. I went on 9/8/2021 to purchase a certified used vehicle for my daughter everything was going Ok, I guess. To start off they never applied the 1st month that they stated they were going to take care of my contract, when I reached out to Toyota Financial, they stated I had 72 payments with my 1st payment starting on 10/8/21 but clearly the dealer review sheet shows my 1st payment on 9/8/21 and then to follow 71 payments remaining starting on 10/8/21. After reviewing my contract, I notice this extended agreement service charge that they did not go over with me, and I do not wish to have. When I spoke with Toyota financial, they advised me that they can remove it, but it can only be done by the dealer directly. Well on Friday 9/24/21 I contacted the dealer and spoke the GM and I expressed my frustration on how no one informed me of this charge, and I would like it removed. He clearly did not care, why because he already received his commission. He told me that I was just 1 day too late to have it removed and did not even care to try to fix it. For 1 day just 1 day this gentleman could not be a bit humanistic and remove it but no, he had to be very rude and make it seem like it was my fault. I did get very upset and called him a “Liar” because that’s what I feel he is, instead of trying to help me I felt like another number off his list. Well, if he thinks that is a way to represent such a big company that Toyota is then let me tell you that he is harming such powerful name that Toyota is. All I’m asking is for this service to be removed from my contract and for my monthly payments to stay as it was originally supposed to be. To top it all off your GM at Toyota of Clermont then called me again to what he called “let’s try to fix this” but to be honest he just made it worse, and this is where this email comes. I advised him that I wanted to record the call and he insulted me by saying “What I’m going to get educated by a man with a 550-credit score”. To begin with who in the world he thinks he is to be talking to me this why and mentioning my credit. A credit score does not determine a person’s education, capabilities or even their morals, and just to add on his unprofessionalism I DO NOT HAVE A 550 CREDIT SCORE. Again, you have more important things to worry about and this is why you have your GM representing you but if they clearly are no help and they don’t care then I guess you may have to do some revising g on your staff. Again, all I’m asking is for this Extra extended serviced agreement charge of $1,139.00 to be removed. I really hope you take in consideration the dissatisfaction your staff at Toyota Clermont has caused and have this matter resolved. I look forward in hearing from someone in your office, I do not wish to receive any calls from anyone at Toyota of Clermont. Also to top it off this was my second purchase from Toyota of Clermont and it will be my last. I encourage people not to believe these people, their liars, unprofessional and non educated people. We recently bought a vacation home in Florida and sent our son to Toyota of Clermont to purchase a car for us. When we discovered that the dealership adds on $3000.00 to the advertised price, we had him w our son to Toyota of Clermont to purchase a car for us. When we discovered that the dealership adds on $3000.00 to the advertised price, we had him walk away from the deal. This baiting technique is false advertising and most fraudulent. We will never purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Clermont. More

Total bait and switch scammers. Went through the online purchase for a vehicle. Forget about doing this. I had a trade value quoted that was in line with all of the other car trade websites CarMax carvan purchase for a vehicle. Forget about doing this. I had a trade value quoted that was in line with all of the other car trade websites CarMax carvana etc. The manager states we need to look at your car for trade value. I say I already know what it is from your own website. He said with his out loud voice"that's not real it's just to get you in here". Ends up the trade in offered is just over 50 pct of the other reputable offers. An absolute joke. Also once you complete the online "purchase" it says we'll have the car detailed, waiting for you and get you in and out quick. Then you get there they say they can't find your information because the computer is slow and proceed to run you through the same time tested good cop bad cop routines and then low-ball your trade etc. I'll be buying my second car through CarVana because it's what you see is what you get. No fake offers and fraudulent "online purchase" scheme to funnel you to the sharks in a dealership. I tied and you failed miserably to live up to your own hype. More
