His knowledge and experience allowed him to answer my questions and any he was unsure of he quickly reached out to gather information. He was extremely patient with my son and worked to expedite the process so I could get him home. Dahylene was very kind during our interaction. She was extremely organized, personable, and knowledgeable in her role making the final process a breeze.
