March 5,2021 My mother went in for an oil change & tire rotation. When she left she had to go back ( dealing with traffic) because her car was making a weird noise. When she returned they told her somethin rotation. When she left she had to go back ( dealing with traffic) because her car was making a weird noise. When she returned they told her something was left loose & tired to tight no apologies or anything. . They fixed it and on Monday I took her car to work at mid highway the tire popped out where I almost crashed, cause an accident and could of just been a huge disaster. My father took the car back to services & they mentioned to him that it was not their fault, that a nail was stuck. It was just a horrible experience, and bad service. We had to purchase a new tire and still waiting for it to come in!! More
