Today I purchased a car from Toyota of Clermont and from the moment I was greeted by Adam who set my expectations from the first greeting. He knew my terms and helped me choose what would be best then I was the moment I was greeted by Adam who set my expectations from the first greeting. Once I agreed then I went to the final step and worked with Alison who made the signing stream-less. The overall experience from start to finish friendly, fast and very confident in what I was purchasing. Thank you for everything and I am so excited for my new car. More

The sales people mislead and lied to us as we attempted to make a purchase. First we told them several times we wanted to wait till we could bring our trade-in. They assured us it wouldn't be needed and it to make a purchase. First we told them several times we wanted to wait till we could bring our trade-in. They assured us it wouldn't be needed and its value would remain constant. Then changing their mind the next morning costing us nearly $3000. We inquired about checking new vehicle we were purchasing because we noticed a vibration, they drove it around the side of the dealership and said it was checked. Now, 4 days later we just dropped the new vehicle off awaiting a warranty inquiry where the vehicle needs a fully tire replacement and possible more work to make the problem right. I do not recommend this place in the least, I cannot describe the amount of anger I have because I was so impressed with their kind attitude at first. But immediately they showed their true colors of lieing to customers and not caring about us at all. Sales persons: Joe, Maria More
