Very poor service! Attempted to return a lease vehicle from South Florida after moving to Clermont. Was told by General manager they would not take the vehicle back due to CV19! They also made up an excus from South Florida after moving to Clermont. Was told by General manager they would not take the vehicle back due to CV19! They also made up an excuse they had no room to process the storage and return back to Toyota, but if we were leasing another vehicle then they could accept the return. We were told only the selling/leasing dealer could accept the vehicle. This was not TRUE! To their credit Eric Martinez accepted full return of the vehicle with no reservations. We WILL be reporting this matter to Toyota Corporate and warn the public about this dealers bad business and lies told to the public. A complaint will be filed with the BBB. More
