Toyota is not standing by their product After a year and a half of dealing with Toyota for a vibration issue (that I have been complaining about since day 1) Toyota has decided not to stand After a year and a half of dealing with Toyota for a vibration issue (that I have been complaining about since day 1) Toyota has decided not to stand by their product and say that it is my issue. This was my first new car and I am so disappointed in Toyota who claim to have the number 1 customer service in the industry. I will be trading in my Tacoma and putting myself in financial strain, just to have a vehicle that i feel safe driving with driving everyday. I am not sure if this is a usual issue or if I am just special but today Toyota has failed. More
