We were ready to purchase a car and he was so rude that we left. And I made sure I found another Toyota dealer that was not associated with this location at all to buy my car from. I wanted to make sure he did not profit from my sale in any way. He has no customer service skills. I was so upset when I left there after dealing with him. This was my third trip in as we were trying to make a decision and had been to other dealers but, it was my first interaction with him and was my last time in. I felt bad for the salesman Malcolm as he was great to deal with, very polite and professional. His boss lost him the sale! More
