Terrible experience with sales staff Like others have said, if you don't want to use their financing they're not interested in selling you a car/truck. I had financing arranged through my Like others have said, if you don't want to use their financing they're not interested in selling you a car/truck. I had financing arranged through my credit union at a much lower rate than Toyota offered and was told they would not sell me a vehicle with anything other than Toyota finance. They also have a horribly antiquated sales model. I encountered 4 different sales people before deciding to walk out, When I have bought from Audi and BMW I had one sales rep that I dealt with the entire time until I went to finance. Toyota makes great vehicles, if you're shopping for one I suggest you do your research and that includes the dealership. I have found this to be a fairly typical sales practice for Toyota. I'm a big fan of they're vehicles so I hope they clean up their act, until then be leery of shady sales tactics. More
