Quick and painless Went looking for 2018 car prices on the internet and Toyota of Clermont gave a response within minutes. Picked out 2018 Yaris and received a internet Went looking for 2018 car prices on the internet and Toyota of Clermont gave a response within minutes. Picked out 2018 Yaris and received a internet price. Went to dealership and was greeted right away and asked for the person I spoke with on the phone who wasn't available at the time but was taken to another sales rep. He was able to pick up right where we left off on the phone and the agreed to price. The only thing I didn't like was the push to up sell options, even after I stated I did not want any options. They had to redo some of the paper work to remove the options they added and with the new paper work still had the option of floor mats on it. Sorry but I'm not going to finance options, especially floor mats. So they had to redo paper work again to remove the floor mats. In the end they instead of removing the floor mats from the car they threw in the floor mats as a courtesy for my having driven so far to get there. All said and told was in and out in a couple of hours driving home in my new Yaris. Thank you JoAnna Hatch from finance, Esteban Salvador and the rest of the sales team for making the purchase a painless process. More
