I wanted a midsize- truck and decided on a Toyota Tacoma after hearing how durable they were. Being from North Carolina, I talked with Asheville and Hendersonville dealers but was not satisfied. Broadning my Horizon, Toyota of Cleveland seemed to be worth a visit. Best decision I ever made. There I met with Pete Green and Holly Ivey and we came to a price on the truck and color I wanted. It was not in your inventory, but they researched and found my Dream. Left there a couple days later a happy guy. I continue to bring my Tacoma back for regular scheduled maintenance. The Service Department is courteous, punctual, and professional... Will recommend Toyota of Cleveland as the place to go to all my friends here in Murphy, NC. The service department was wonderful to deal with. They worked with my schedule and had my vehcile done in record time. They listened to my concerns about what maintenance issues I had. Well Im back on here again after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in October 2011. After some issues were straightened out after we purchased the car we thought all of our problems with the deal from this dealership in October 2011. After some issues were straightened out after we purchased the car we thought all of our problems with the dealership were over. I guess I was wrong. The car we purchased came with a certified pre-owned warranty that included free oil changes up to 100,000 miles and the salesman told us that it included wiper blades also. EVERYTIME my wife takes her car there for an oil change it is a huge mess! They dont recognize her in the system and try to get her to pay full price for the service. Its the same response everytime. "We will fix it this time so it shouldnt be a problem again" but they dont fix it and give her the same hassel everytime she goes up there.They make her feel like she is trying to get something for nothing when it is something that they promised us when we bought the car?! We also got an invoice in the mail for $28 for wiper blades that were suppose to be included(per salesman). I recently just purchased a new vehicle and drove all the way to Knoxville to keep from doing buisness with this dealership and I can promise after the warranty is up we will never step foot on their lot again! More

Choose the least invasive/fastest/cheapest fix and come back again if that doesn't solve your problem. More
