"Best service ever!"

I bought a new Camry from Toyota of Cleveland and I’ve brought it in to each service they offer in the first 25,000 miles. The first few visits was handled by Anthony Durbin, and man this guy makes you feel at home. Such a kind person, very thorough, and just makes you want to be there. I have no doubt that Toyota of Cleveland values Anthony Durbin and holds him to a high regard.

"Very helpful in a difficult situation."

While on vacation, from Ontario Canada, our Matrix blew it's transmission. CAA/AAA got us to the closest Toyota dealer. We found this dealership to be bright and modern. They have a high customer lounge with two large screen TV's. They offer water, coffee, tea, popcorn, Soda Pop and other snacks while you wait. You can sit in the leather chairs or love seats or one of several table and chair arrangements thought the late dealership. Since we are Canadian we where unable to wait for the new transmission to arrive and been out in, we had to get back for work. The sales men where very friendly and helpful. Rod McClelland too time out of his busy day to drive us to the uhaul outlet. One other salesman had earlier offered to drive us to the bank, didn't get his name. These wonderful men helped make a very stressful situation much less so. Thank you very much.

"Customer Service at its Best"

I bought a pre-owned car from Big D. It had after-market tires that required a special lug wrench, so I discovered that I couldn't change the tire when I had a flat. Luckily, I'd bought an extended warranty. The people at Toyota had my car towed from Ft. Oglethorpe to Cleveland, loaned me a nice Camry, replaced the tire, AND waived the $61 out-of-pocket charges... all in one day. The complementary coffee while they worked out their game plan was also nice. The service was fast, and managers got involved ASAP to make sure that I was taken care of.

Brought my Prius in for my 30k mile service. They finished in a timely manner and then went through everything they had serviced on my Prius. They do such a great job every time. Their amenities are great for a waiting customer which made for a relaxing wait. Thank you so much!

I am SO glad that we added the prepaid service to our new car purchase. The regularly scheduled services are so easy to schedule. The service is ALWAYS completed quickly with a complete vehicle inspection. The service staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

"Best Dealership Experience for Service and Sales"

If i could mark all 3 "Reasons for Visit" I would. I've bought a used and new vehicle as well as use their service department regularly. By far the best dealership experience I've ever been around. The folks at Toyota of Cleveland just plain get customer service. Both on the sales and service side. Its consistently great every single time. I literally haven't had a bad experience or been disappointed leaving there once in the 6 years I've been going there. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I travel 30 miles out of the way, passing multiple Toyota dealerships and oil change spots, every 5,000 miles to get both my vehicles serviced there. Also, bought both vehicles there and will continue to buy there for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!

"Best Service Department "

Cleveland Toyota consistently treats me well. I have been coming to Cleveland for service since 2005. I won’t go anywhere else! I get discounts almost every time and the costs are reasonable. My car just tripped 200,000 miles. I have needed no repairs because the service department takes such good care of my car. Now that is Toyota QUALITY!
