The staff at this dealership were very friendly and knowledgable about their products and services. They provided timely information in a friendly and professional manner. They made an effort to find knowledgable about their products and services. They provided timely information in a friendly and professional manner. They made an effort to find the exact vehicle that I wanted and and went out and obtained it for me. They made buying a vehicle from them easy and enjoyable. All prducts and services were adequately explained and I came away with the feeling that I knew and fully understood what I had signed up for. I would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new car. I would especially like to congratulate the internet sales staff, Liz Wynn and Vicki Beard. I interacted with several other internet personnel from other dealers and found them to be lacking. They did not respond to the information that I had provided and asked me for configuration information that I had already provided. They wanted to talk to me or send additional information that had already been provided. When I send in a complete description of the vehicle that I want, I just want a quote. Give me what I want at a reasonable price and I will buy it from you. One additional note, I would like to note that while I bought my car through the internet sales department, due to their great service and price structure, it was salesman, Mark Orabueno who introduced me to the RAV4 and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Without this positive and informative introduction to this great car, I may never have investigated further and ended up buying through your internet sales department. Overall, this dealership has a great staff and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

She made sure the vehicle I'm buying is the one I wanted...she even asked me right before the delivery if there's another vehicle in the lot I wanted. Other dealers try to sell you a vehicle they wanted to sell because of profit. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my buying experience with Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City. More
From the moment I was greeted, to when I was handed the keys to my new RAV4, my experience at Larry Miller Toyota of Colorado Springs was the best car buying experience I have had. Liz listened to what I keys to my new RAV4, my experience at Larry Miller Toyota of Colorado Springs was the best car buying experience I have had. Liz listened to what I wanted and then guided me to the right vehicle. She answered all of my questions about the vehicle and then helped me run multiple financing options to determine the right choice for me. She is extremely knowledgeable in all facets. The finance manager also took the time to answer questions as they arose during the final paperwork processing. More
Very helpfull in ordering and delivering the specific vehicle with only the options I wanted. Prior to visiting the dealer reviwed, I tried to order what I wanted from two other dealers. Instead of order vehicle with only the options I wanted. Prior to visiting the dealer reviwed, I tried to order what I wanted from two other dealers. Instead of ordering what I wanted, the kept trying to sell me vehicles already in the pipeline with a lot of options that were useless for me. One option that they tried to sell me would have created a problem when traveling with my dog. More
Good price but zero percent financing would have been better (why the give them on Prius and not on FJ is beyond me). Other than that minor fact, it was a very enjoyable experience for once; the last tim better (why the give them on Prius and not on FJ is beyond me). Other than that minor fact, it was a very enjoyable experience for once; the last time under a different management I wouldn't have said that, but those were the bad old days - I hope the new attitude lasts a long time. I would like the whole process a lot better if they would let me rent the model I want to buy for a couple of days so I can really find out if it is the model I want and need instead of buying blind (which is always the way I feel about it after a test drive, let's see did it really handle great or was I so nervous that I missed something important along the way)? Anyway, not perfect but I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. More
The experience of buying a new Toyota 4Runner from Vicki Beard was phenomenal. She was upfront and honest about everything, and made sure I knew where every dollar of my money was going by showing me invoic Beard was phenomenal. She was upfront and honest about everything, and made sure I knew where every dollar of my money was going by showing me invoices and comparing dealer price to MSRP. I am a member of USAA and used their car buying services, which ensured a great discount, and Vicki was completely unfased by this. She did not try to pressure me into anything I did not want. She asked me to list what options I wanted, which ones I didn't, and which ones I wouldn't mind having. Then she found me the right vehicle at a different dealership and set up a dealer trade at no cost to me. All I had to do was wait a few extra days! I would absolutely recommend this dealership, especially Vicki, if you're in the market for a Toyota. More
I'm in my forties, a financial professional and have bought numerous cars over time so I consider myself a somewhat savvy consumer. My experience with Liberty Toyota went like this: I received a pro bought numerous cars over time so I consider myself a somewhat savvy consumer. My experience with Liberty Toyota went like this: I received a prompt email reply from Kerri Hill after requesting a quote from a third-party website (i.e. edmonds.com (?) but I can't be for certain since I shopped all the Denver area dealers very hard through internet, phone and shoe leather). Not a big deal here since my spam box got bombarded with these. However, Kerri called shortly thereafter and I was personally impressed with her positive attitude and enthusiasm on behalf of Liberty. I got the feeling that many of the internet sales people I talked with in my month long car buying process were very tired and working off a script. It refreshed me and she had my attention since she gave me hers! Her internet price was $25 below invoice but I told her that wasn't good enough, period. I explained that I would gladly call her back if I changed my mind since her price was the best offer in hand. However, I was prepared to wait until month end and see if I could do better. And, of course she could always call me if she changed her mind. Kerry ended up calling me back and offered to split our difference of $800. She also called me a couple more times and sent me email and vehicle information which I requested in a very timely fashion. In short, Kerri said what she would do and then did it (very genuine person here) throughout the process and quickly. Heck, I'm still waiting on info from some of her competitors who apparently had more important matters. Finally, I did not buy Toyota but this is what I learned through this car buying experience: 1) Shop internet far and wide and use the showroom sales personnel for info gathering 2) Expect to put forth time and effort (research vehicles and builds to "know what you want", compare data and price, etc..) 3) Shop for internet price (i.e. "e-quote", "e-price", etc.) through internet sales channels 4) Find an internet sales person who will listen to you, do what they say they will do, and give you the bang for your buck. I found Kerri Hill to be all of these things and I would contact her first when I'm in the market for another vehile. Finally, the other big internet sellers (Mountain States, GO, Stevinson) had positives and weren't all negative, however, my impression of Kerri Hill is superb. More
Liz is the best salesperson I've ever worked with. She promptly replied to my e-mail inquiry about the 2010 Prius with an internet price for the model and options I wanted which exactly matched the Amex N promptly replied to my e-mail inquiry about the 2010 Prius with an internet price for the model and options I wanted which exactly matched the Amex Network card member price. To be offered a great price is one thing, to honor that is something else. In this case, the price I paid was the price quoted - no gimmicks, hidden fees or "mandatory" extras which are typically sneaked in by other dealers. I did some comparison shopping only to find out that I was wasting my time. Dealers in Denver made attractive offers over e-mail only to add on extra stuff later. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. I really appreciate Liz and the folks at Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs for staying back late on a cold Monday evening to get me into my new car! I will definitely refer anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion to Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs and will be back when I need another car. More
This buying experience has been one the best that I have had in 35 years of buying vehicles. Kerri found the vehicle I was looking for, the price was better then expected, and I was only at the dealership f had in 35 years of buying vehicles.
