Car brought in for service and recall. At time of purchase was told that there would be a complimentary car wash with each service, and that has yet to happen. At this visit, we specifically asked for car wash. My wife spoke w the service associate, Alex, who assured her that it had been done. It was evening when I picked up the car, and when I got home I found that it most definitely had not been washed. There were smears where we had wiped around door handles and fingerprints in the dirt on lift gate. I called back, and was again told that it had been done. As I explained my findings and frustration, there was no apology, no offer to have it washed elsewhere as we live about 25 min away I took the liberty of speaking to sales manager Denzel, who asked me to contact him if/when we returned. May seem like a small issue, but not being able to count on things being done, then being lied to about it does not inspire confidence in dealership. I received 5 or 6 email requests for a review and initially elected to let it go and not leave a review, but after repeated emails, I elected to give them what they asked for. More

Thanks Toyota of Cool Springs! My check engine light on my 2003 Tundra came on recently. After taking it to your shop it turned out to be only the gas cap so I had it replaced and some other minor work per my 2003 Tundra came on recently. After taking it to your shop it turned out to be only the gas cap so I had it replaced and some other minor work performed. Great Service from an honest dealership We have a Sequoia, Tundra, Sienna and a 4Runner in the family. All are serviced by Toyota CS and all are one owner cars purchased new. Every service, recall or problem we have had has been handled professionally, politely and with competence, from the techs in the back, to the service writers, fiance and sales folks as well. Our go to guy in service is John Kuykendall. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to explain things that need doing and what the cost will be up front. I appreciate the care he gives each member of our family and the attention to detail he provides. John is real asset in a large dealership like this . Service scheduler Kayla is very helpful as well. She makes sure the time and appointment will work when convenient for you, not just for the dealership. More
